Who will get benefit from Breathwork?
If you often feel anxiety, exhaustion, or insomnia, breathwork could be a self-soothing tool. Breathwork is believed to release toxins and stress when you breathe out and nourish your mind and body when you breathe in. With regular training, It also can strengthen your respiratory muscles and achieve slow breathing for a calm mind.
Who needs to avoid breathwork?If you have a chronic disease like cardiac arrhythmia, slow heart rate, angina or chest pain, a recent heart attack, heart disease, or any other heart condition – you should be cautious before beginning a breathwork practice. Please consult your medical doctor.

Private Breathwork ClassIt is suitable if you would like to learn deeper and have a personalized consultation with the practitioner. During breathwork sessions, experienced practitioners guide you through breathing exercises designed to match your need to promote mindfulness and enhance your overall sense of well-being. With a focus on the breath, you'll be able to connect more deeply with your body and quiet your mind, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the present moment.
