Nyuh Bali’s Commitment

  • All of the team have been fully vaccinated
  • Protect our team by providing them with medical mask and continuous training by a medical doctor in preventing the spread of coronavirus
  • Ensure the implementation of physical distance minimum one-meter distance on every occasion 
  • Install hand sanitiser, handwashing practice, and respiratory hygiene according to WHO standards in the common area
  • Sanitize the villa and common area every day using a standardized disinfectant approved by the Indonesian Ministry of Health
  • Give the extra treat to all high touches areas by sanitizing every two hours 
  • The contactless room service option is available from breakfast to dinner with no additional charge
  • Perform the temperature check to all visitors including our guests and staff before entering the resort
  • All of the resort facilities are fully dedicated to our in-house guests. We closed our doors for outside guests temporarily

Hygiene and Safety Training to Our Team

To ensure that we meet the hygiene standards according to WHO, we also conduct continuous training by a medical doctor to our staff in preventing the transmission of coronavirus

  • Wash hands correctly with soap and water for at least 20 seconds with the recommended steps according to WHO and knowing when to wash hands
  • Avoid shaking hands directly or make direct contact but doing Nyuh Bali’s traditional greeting, panganjali gesture
  • Practice physical distancing norm
  • Knowledge about respiratory hygiene, how to cough and sneeze to stop spreading the gems
  • All of our team use KN95 or KF94 mask for better protections
  • Avoid touching the eyes, nose and mouth
  • Avoid touching any frequently touched objects and surfaces
  • Maintain the immune system by adopting a healthy diet, physical exercise, healthy lifestyle and supplementation if needed
