As always be, the safety of our guests and team remain our highest priority. We would like to advise you of the additional health and safety measure that we implement during this new normal era. Here at Nyuh Bali, we are committed to following the recommendations according to WHO and Indonesian Ministry of Health. We hope able to set your mind at rest on your post-pandemic vacation

Nyuh Bali’s Commitment

  • Ensure the implementation of physical distance minimum one-meter distance in every occasion 
  • Provide welcome hygiene kit to all of our beloved guests that consist of cloth mask and a travel-sized bottle of hand sanitizer
  • Install hand sanitizer, handwashing practice, and respiratory hygiene according to WHO standard in the common area
  • Clean and sanitize the villa and common area every day using a standardized disinfectant that approved by the Indonesian Ministry of Health
  • Give the extra treat to all high touches area by sanitizing every two hours 
  • Contactless room service option is available from breakfast to dinner with no additional charge
  • Protect our team by providing them with personal protective equipment and continuous training by a medical doctor in preventing the spread of coronavirus
  • Perform the temperature check to all visitors including our guests and staffs before entering the resort
  • All of the villa facilities are fully dedicated to our in-house guest. We closed our doors for outside guests temporarily

Hygiene and Safety Training to Our Team

To ensure that we meet the hygiene standards according to WHO, we also conduct continuous training by a medical doctor to our staff in preventing the transmission of coronavirus

  • Wash hands correctly with soap and water for at least 20 seconds with the recommended steps according to WHO and knowing when to wash hands
  • Avoid shaking hands directly or make direct contact but doing Nyuh Bali’s traditional greeting, panganjali gesture
  • Practice physical distancing norm
  • Knowledge about respiratory hygiene, how to cough and sneeze to stop spreading the gems
  • Train to to use the fabric mask including the way to wash it properly
  • Give knowledge regarding the occasion to wear hand gloves and the do and don’t’s while using it
  • Avoid touching the eyes, nose and mouth
  • Avoid touching any frequently touched objects and surfaces
  • Maintain the immune system by adopting a healthy diet, physical exercise, healthy lifestyle and supplementation if needed
