Pilates Matt Class

Our Pilates class is dedicated to promote positive transformation for everybody, regardless of your fitness level. It uses your own body weight as the primary source of resistance, a simple practice to gain your potential in core strength, flexibility, better posture, and for sure, your confidence. In the beginning, you may not notice the difference and may not sweat, but soon you will feel the difference with regular practice. Hence, we designed a simple pilates class that focuses on the correct technique, leaving you with a renewed exercise to practice at home. The healthier you starts here. Group class is available weekly as complimentary every Monday and Wednesday at our Rooftop Yoga Shala exclusively for our in-house guests..
Private Pilates Matt Class
For a more tailored experience, we suggest you to book the private session. Our pilates instructor will guide you through an intensive yet mind-reviving session to promote positive transformation for your body based on your current body’s strengths and weaknesses. It uses your own body weight as the primary source of resistance, a simple practice to gain your potential in core strength, flexibility, better posture, and confidence. 

Due to limited availability, we apologize that the Private Pilates Class is only exclusively available for our in-house guests . Additional charge is at IDR 690.000++ for one person or IDR 390.000++/person (minimum two persons). Please book one week in advance to retreat@ubudnyuhbali.com

Meet our Teacher

Lina took her first yoga class to find the balance between her long working hours as a midwife and relaxation. After more than 5 years of working as a midwife, Lina decided to follow her passion to become a professional wellness teacher. Since then, Lina has completed 200hr Yoga Teacher, then continued her wellness education through various workshops in Yin Yoga, Fly High Yoga, Aerial Yoga, and Pilates. As a former midwife, Lina has a deep knowledge of body anatomy and physiology that support her in teaching safe movement practice to her students.
